We are excited to invite you to our Nature's Harmony Retreat. This enriching experience includes a blend of yoga, artistic expression, and nature-inspired activities.
Schedule:
Morning Greeting and Tea: 8:00 am - 8:30 am
Start your day with a warm greeting and a refreshing cup of tea, getting to know each other in a
relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
Cyclic Yoga: 8:30 am - 9:30 am
Following our tea session, we will engage in calming and soft cyclic yoga to awaken our bodies and minds gently.
Henna Workshop: Healing Mandalas: Starts at 10:00 am
- In this class, you will be introduced to the artistic practice of mandala creation and learn how to craft one of your own.
We'll begin with a brief period learning how henna is made, followed by an outdoor session to draw inspiration from nature.
You'll explore various mandalas and their history, connecting with your body and nature to gather inspiration.
Learn the technical drawing skills to create mandalas that satisfy the mind’s eye. Through practice and repetition, you'll discover a wonderful meditative practice.
After honing your skills in the art of sacred geometry, you will be capable of creating beautiful, healing mandalas.
Participants will receive a lesson packet to take home.- Lunch: 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
