This February, we invite you to join us in celebrating love, serenity, and the beauty of nature at the Together in Serenity Retreat. This retreat is all about experiencing love in its many forms—self-love, love for others, and a deep appreciation for the land, the water, the sky, and the serenity of our surroundings.

Weekend Highlights:

Our weekend is thoughtfully designed to nurture your mind, body, and spirit. Together, we will explore:

Yoga and Meditation with Elham: Practices focused on grounding, love, and kindness to connect with yourself and others.

Journaling for Self-Love: Reflect on how to reconnect with yourself and cultivate love in every moment of your life.

Nature Connection: Spend quiet, meaningful time immersed in nature, embracing its calming presence.

Mosaic Art Workshop with Hossein: A creative experience to express love and connection through art.

Sauna, Hot Tub, and Relaxation: Enjoy the soothing warmth of our facilities for ultimate rejuvenation.

Food and Detox Workshop with Martha Kirby: Martha, the owner of Health Harmony with Martha, will lead a special workshop focusing on detoxifying your body through food. Learn about the best foods for detox, how to cleanse your system naturally, and how to nourish your body to promote harmony and health.

Healthy & Nourishing Meals

Throughout the retreat, you’ll enjoy light, healthy meals designed to cleanse and refresh your body and mind. Teas and beverages are carefully selected to enhance the detox process, leaving you feeling renewed and energized.

Special Offer: Therapeutic Deep-Tissue Massage

Enhance your retreat experience with a 1-hour deep-tissue massage with Thea for $110. This massage is designed to release tension, improve circulation, and restore balance—leaving you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

This retreat offers time for personal reflection, quiet moments, and bonding with others. Whether you join as part of a community or bring a loved one, family member, or friend, you’ll leave feeling deeply connected and renewed.

Together in Serenity Retreat Schedule

February: A Celebration of Love and Serenity

Friday (Arrival Day)

2:00 PM: Check-in & Welcome Guests arrive, settle into their rooms, and enjoy a tour of the retreat space.

3:30 PM: Welcome Tea & Meet-and-Greet Gather in the living room to meet fellow participants, set intentions, and discuss personal goals for the weekend.

4:30 PM: Free Time Explore the natural surroundings, relax in the hot tub or sauna, or enjoy personal reflection time.

6:30 PM: Dinner Enjoy a healthy, light meal to kick off the retreat.

7:30 PM: Mosaic Art Workshop (Open Project) Begin your creative journey with the mosaic art workshop. This project is open throughout the weekend for participants to work on at their own pace. Take your completed art home as a memory of the retreat.

Saturday (Full Retreat Day)

7:30 AM: Morning Yoga & Assisted Stretching Start the day with a rejuvenating yoga session led by yoga instructors and a massage therapist for light stretching support.

9:00 AM: Brunch A nourishing meal to fuel the day ahead.

10:30 AM: Nature Hike & Journaling Enjoy a guided hike through serene surroundings, followed by reflective journaling time.

12:00 PM: Detox Workshop (Part 1) with Martha Kirby Learn about detoxifying foods and techniques to cleanse and nourish your body.

1:30 PM: Lunch by Martha Kirby Enjoy a special detox-friendly meal prepared by Martha.

2:30 PM: Detox Workshop (Part 2) Dive deeper into nutrition and recipes that promote health and balance.

4:00 PM: Tea Session, Meditation & Sound Healing Unwind with a calming tea session, followed by guided meditation and a sound healing experience.

5:30 PM: Free Time Relax in the hot tub, sauna, or enjoy personal journaling or reflection.

7:00 PM: Dinner Another delicious detox-focused meal to end the day.

8:30 PM: Yoga Nidra Relax deeply with a guided Yoga Nidra session in the sanctuary room, preparing for a restful night.

Sunday (Closing Day)

7:30 AM: Morning Yoga & Stretching A gentle practice to energize and center the body for the day.

9:00 AM: Brunch A final nourishing meal to close the retreat.

10:30 AM: Feedback & Tea Session Share reflections, feedback, and enjoy a farewell tea with the group.

12:00 PM: Check-Out Depart feeling rejuvenated, connected, and serene.

Pricing & Booking Details

Retreat Fees:

Friday: $80 Saturday: $260 Sunday: $80 Total Retreat Cost: $420 per person

Accommodation Options:

We have six bedrooms available for your stay. You can choose:

Private Room: Offers personal space for quiet and relaxation. Shared Room: Ideal for those sharing with a partner, friend, or fellow participant.

Key Notes:

Room prices vary depending on whether you select a private or shared room. During the booking process, you’ll see pricing options for each room type. If you choose to share a room, you only pay for the room once, but each individual must pay the retreat fees.

Additional Options:

Private Sound Healing Session with Aromatherapy: $40 per session A personalized experience designed to enhance relaxation and balance through sound and aromatherapy.
